Or Beit Aharon is a  Lecturer at Northeastern University’s College of Computer and Information Science. Beit Aharon earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Physics and Mathematics, as well as his Master’s Degree and PhD in Mathematics from the Technion, Israel. His PhD research focused on Representation Theory of Lie Groups.

Following his graduation, Beit Aharon was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Mathematics department at the Technion, in the field of Combinatorial Topology.

Throughout his studies and Postdoc, Beit Aharon was an instructor in many courses given by the Mathematics department at the Technion, including Combinatorial Algorithms, Calculus, and Algebra.

I love the field of Algorithms because it provides many interesting questions to tackle, with surprising and beautiful solutions.
