I am a currently a senior consultant at the User Experience Center (UXC).
I graduated in 1990 where I started my first job developing software at 3M Health Information Systems. While working at 3M I received my MS in computer science from RPI. While at 3M and RPI I realized my passion was not so much in software engineering but designing the user interface and making sure the UI can be used by everyone. Over the years I transitioned from the back end to the front end and now work with clients at the UXC on all aspects of their user experience. In addition to 3M, I had some great experiences working on EU funded research at University of Hertfordshire in the UK, at Electronic Data Systems, Hewlett Packard, and CSC (now DXC). My current areas of interests include the intersection of user experience (UX) and service design (CX), accessibility, universal design, and internet of things (IoT).
